Renunciation malaysian citizenship in singapore

1) Go through below links to prepare all neccesary documents.

2)Fill in the borang K & MY-RN1 in BLOCK LETTER ! All information in block letter.

You will be confuse on some column . Will provide the below photos for your reference. 

All IC places fill in P.JAYA and sg addresses.

First line put name , second line put singapore address

Seem like this form not so important didnt check much.

3)Go to malaysia embassy in singapore - counsalor section. Application submit is in morning only.

4)Give the staff to verify the docs , when all docs complete . They will give u yellow form k to fill in again . The yellow form not allow any correction! So make sure u write properly.

5)when done , queue again to verify and get queue number.

6) wait for number call and submit docs and all relevant docs. 

7)lastly , wait for name to be call and pay sgd7.80 (must exact !) . After pay they will give u a form to collect the certificate in 3 working days later. For me monday submit , thursday collect.

2 dec 2014 - Railway market - floating market - elephant ride - asiatique - watch calypso show

Day 3 - Railway market - floating market - elephant & monkey village - asiatique

At first we just want to go floating market , however panya advise us shld go railway market as well since its on the way .the train usually will reach ard 9:15-945am .. Everyday have two time slot . Morning and evening . U will see alot of tourist when near train approaching.

Many ppl try to take video and photo. Worth it ? Why not since u have time .

After train arrive the station. Everyone will move to floating market. 

For floating market , We rent the motor one ( they call long tail ). Motor one is better and shelter!  One boat cost abt 2000thb for 1 hour and onli can sit 6-7 adult . Dont try fit too many cos it not safe and 1 hour is enough. 

Note : i suggest dont buy ANYTHG from the market except food . Becos it 10x fold of the offer price ! 

Entrance to floating 

Market nice experience. Infront boat is motor and got shelter . Some is manual and no shelter.

After floating market , we go elephant ride ...honestly , this itenerary can be skip .  It cost 600thb per person and will ask u buy photo and gift . Too expensive and not worth . Better go straight to asiatique for more time shopping . Journey back to bangkok ard 1 hrs plus depend traffic condition.

Lunch at MK near on the way big C. Order set menu ... Very less meat .

Asiatique elephant . It is nite market . From most stall closed at 12 midnite.

Calypso show . Thanks to panya . We pay ard 800thb per adult . We ask counter is 1200thb

Asiatique quite big .. U need ard 2-3 for shopping and dinner.

Dinner at yum saap . Food ok.

3 dec - shopping trip - paragon - siam center - central world - platinum fashion mall. 

I advise shld go pratunam market - platinum mall first. Then follow by the rest if u still have energy.

Restaurant been to: 

1)ban khun mae authentic and nice .

Set a menu .

Set c menu . Better choice ! Cos the pork is nice ! Something different.

2) mango tango 

Ermm .. So so ..

3) som tam nua

Noodle , pork and chicken wings nice!

You can see the pork meat fat so evenly !

Day 1 : chatuchak - mbk

Lunch : chatuchak street food

Dinner: mbk food court (not nice ) 

30 nov 2014 - reached hotel evergreen
place at 2pm. 

Booked two room apartment. 

Hotel room ok . Quite big . Cons is need take 1 bts to siam onli. 

Take bts to chatuchak. Alight at motchi station . Dont take taxi bcos traffic jam. Bts onli 15 min. Fare quite expensive, especially if u have ten person. 

Chatuchak must eat coconut ice cream ! 

After that go mbk do quick shopping then back to hotel.

Day2 : grand palace - reclining buddha - massage (health land ) - chinatown

Lunch: somboon seafood .

Dinner : t&k seafood . Dessset durian.

1 dec - we start the trip to grand palace and reclinig buddha . Note: please wear 'properly' for these places . If not you may have to borrow shirt which is very troublesome. Girls & guys no short pants and sleeves.

It's worth to go if u hvnt been to these places. 

Grand palace. 500 thb for all parks . Child 120cm below free

Reclining buddha. Entrance fee: 100thb. Below 120cm free

After that - go eat somboon seafood . Must try curry crab

At nite , go china town eat t&k seafood and thailand durian ! Ermmm.. Forget take pic but no need buy whole pcs . It is not nice becos is too sweet. Still prefer mao shang wang . The cost of eat one pcs durian is almost same as 10 person eat t&k seafood.

Vitrectomy due to macular hole

On 24/7 , my mum went to vitrectomy surgery at national eye centre in sgh. Doctor who do the surgery was doric wong .. The whole ops take around 1 hour plus ... Due to the ops will trigger cataract .. She will at the same time perform cataract surgeon as well. Aftr the ops , she need face down position for abt 2-3 weeks . Luckily aftr surgery , my mum didnt have any major pain... Is more  of inconviniece that you need to be face down position all time . She also cant perform any activities like sport , cookg , massage ..

The cost for the surgery is ard $14k for non resident.

There are two eye drop which need to put everday . One is every 6 hours and another is 3 hours. 

My mum also is a glaucoma patient hence she need to take care of her eye pressure as well.. 

Renew Malaysia international passport due to wet

Today i went to malaysia highcomm in singapore to replace my international passport due to accidentally put into washing machine . -_-''

Anyway the procedure are below :

1)fill up the passport application form.IM 42

2)declaration form ( this one get from counter)

3)two recent photo - blue background

4)orginal malaysia IC and sg pr IC 

5)two photocopy of malaysia ic and sg pr ic

6)original and photocopy of passport.

After submitted , they will take around two weeks to evaluate and check . If you need urgently i think you may have go to JB to process...two week if you want to collect in singapore. Once approved then you can come to make new passport . I thought they will just simply renew the current one ... Turn out is not . 

So now i waiting for the result ... Hopefully it will approve. Next time i will be more careful with my passport ... Probably get a waterproof case for it . :)

25/7 - yeah , receive call from immgration said that my passport still can read the data. They ask me to submit the passport and pay $124 exact... They wont give any change.. Lastly , on 26/7 i would bei able to get my new passport already. I think my passport number will remain same.  **** correction : passport turn out different . However the period is remain 5 years start from date i apply. Previous passport i left 4 years has been forfeited.
